职位描述
1.根据业务发展需求，深入理解业务部门，谋划空间功能布局，在满足基础需求的同时追求空间舒适性、文化调性； 2.制定空间管理规则与相关系统搭建，包括空间/工位的生成、分配、调剂、回收等工作流程； 3.参与空间设计标准建设，突破传统管理思维，能够建设创新型办公空间，形成空间产品模块，可推广与复制； 4.做好空间内空间资产的配置与日程管理，包括家具、设施，完成配置方案的制定以及后续固定资产管理。
职位要求
1.全日制本科以上，建筑、室内设计或相关管理专业，5年以上空间管理经验，具备大型互联网公司办公空间管理经验者以及具有优秀空间设计与管理案例者优先考虑； 2.具备专业广度，不仅具有设计能力（美感），也具备系统性管理能力和结构化思维；具备优秀的创新想法； 3.能够细致处理空间以及资产相关数据，具备结构业务能力。
