职位描述
1.负责人形机器人产品相关的硬件系统需求分析、指标拆解、主体方案设计以及实现评审； 2.负责单板硬件设计，器件选型，原理图设计、Layout指导、生产跟踪 3.负责单板测试和验证，和其他部门对接，协助解决整机硬件问题 4.参与机器人整机硬件架构的设计，规划技术迭代，并为产品的长期竞争力负责；
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，电子通信自动化相关专业，具备从0开始的量产项目单板的设计能力，具有5年以上硬件研发工作经验； 2.熟悉常见MCU和SoC，熟悉高速、数字、电源、电调和模拟中至少两个方向的基础知识，并有相关的亲身开发经历； 3.具备良好的实践动手能力，参与过硬件项目开发；熟悉至少一种线路板设计软件，AD、Cadence或者其他；具备Layout或者指导Layout工程师工作的能力； 4.熟悉本测试仪器的使用，万用表、示波器、电源、信号源等；了解硬件可靠性测试，如EMC和高低温，有EMC设计和整改经验； 5.具有正确的硬件正向开发价值观，能够使用基本理论认知分析未知问题；具有良好的工作习惯，能够快速学习和成长，清晰记录测试过程和数据，和其他部门进行高效沟通；对电子行业相关新器件和新技术有热情，了解行业发展趋势者优先。
