职位描述
1、研究并推动生成式 AI 算法在科学智能与机器人领域的应用，探索并构建创新的算法模型和技术解决方案； 2、设计、开发和优化生成式大模型，应用于虚拟环境、机器人控制系统及其他实际场景； 3、深度参与数据构建、模型训练、评测与部署，支持机器人实机交互、操作与动作生成等关键任务； 4、结合生成式 AI 与多模态技术，推进 Text2Motion、AIGC、Whole Body Control 等领域的技术落地与应用创新； 5、撰写高质量研究论文或技术报告，积极参与学术与行业交流。论文。
职位要求
1、计算机科学、人工智能、自然语言处理、自动化等相关领域硕士或博士学位； 2、精通 Python 编程语言，熟悉 Transformer 架构、PyTorch 或 DeepSpeed 等深度学习框架； 3、掌握生成式大模型的基本原理，熟悉 MotionGPT、Llama2、Mixtral 等预训练模型以及预训练与微调流程； 4、熟悉 Prompt Engineering 和大模型 Agent 应用开发，有相关项目经验； 5、优秀的团队管理能力、合作能力和沟通能力，能够独立解决复杂问题。 加分项： 1、有游戏动作角色开发经验，或具备 AutoGPT、XAgent、LangChain 等 Agent 开发经验； 2、熟悉 CLIP、BLIP 等多模态预训练基座，有 LLava、MiniGPT、CogVLM 等多模态大模型
