职位描述
1、设计开发基于 IsaacSim/MuJoCo 的仿真数据生成，仿真训练，仿真验证系统； 2、设计开发大规模仿真评测系统，包括测试用例及其框架开发，评测框架及核心metrics设计； 3、针对机器人端侧系统进行仿真系统亲和性设计，实现非侵入式仿真验证，问题场景复现，并逐步提升场景复现质量与效率； 4、编写技术文档和用户手册，为公司成员与二开伙伴提供培训和指导。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业； 2、熟悉 Isaac Sim，MuJoCo，DreamDojo等仿真生态工具技术原理及模型的使用； 3、熟悉ROS，Apollo等机器人通信与调度框架； 4、熟悉正逆运动学解算，Camera，Lidar等常见机器人传感器模型； 5、熟悉URDF/USD等本体模型定义语言； 6、熟悉 C/C++， Python， Shell，熟悉操作系统基本原理； 7、良好的英文阅读能力，能够阅读和理解技术文档。 加分项： 1、熟悉WorldModel，3D Gaussian，强化学习等模型原理及应用； 2、熟悉Sim2Real仿真训练pipeline； 3、热爱机器人产品研发，有产品思维； 4、有自动驾驶量产工具链开发经验。
