职位描述
1.负责各类改扩建、新建项目从设计交底、施工建造到竣工验收的全周期的工程管理，对项目的质量、安全、成本及工期目标负直接责任； 2.主导施工现场多专业（土建、消防、弱电、精装等）的协同管理与技术统筹，确保复杂工程界面清晰、高效推进；做好各类施工变更与落地，以及项目后期的验收与备案； 3.落实现场施工安全管理责任，实行动态预警和监督，确保现场平稳有序，处理现场突发事故；管理施工单位、供应商、监理等，确保各交付质量与效率； 4.制定公司各类空间、设施的基本建设标准，形成可复制可推广的白皮书； 5.负责各类报批报建文件的编制。
职位要求
1.全日制本科及以上，土木工程、机电工程、工程管理等相关专业，5年以上大型建设项目全生命周期管理经验；具备一级建造师、建筑师者优先考虑； 2.精通多专业施工技术与管理流程，具有出色的现场统筹协调与问题解决能力； 3.对质量、安全有极致要求，熟悉现场风险管控； 4.抗压能力强，具备出色的沟通能力和责任心，具有系统化管理能力。
