职位描述
1、根据产品需求，制定机器人整机及核心部件测试方案，设计并执行功能测试、性能测试、可靠性测试及安全测试，搭建自动化测试平台，开发测试脚本； 2、负责机器人产品机器硬件、关节、灵巧手、夹爪、机械臂等关键零部件的功能、性能、可靠性、寿命、认证相关测试工作，分析测试数据，定位硬件问题； 3、负责测试策略输出、测试计划安排及测试用例设计，按照要求执行测试，推进测试进度，整理并反馈结果； 4、负责测试问题提交并推动问题改善，对改善方案进行回归设计验证，把控产品研发质量； 5、负责机器人性能测试，推进机器人各项认证包括CR、CE等认证工作； 6、负责机器人性能测试熟悉CANFD、485、232、EtherCAT等总线网络。
职位要求
1、熟悉机器人工作并深入了解机器人软件各个功能模块机制和原理； 2、熟悉测试理论和方法，能够独立设计测试用例，掌握硬件测试仪器使用（示波器、万用表、功率分析仪、温度采集仪、环境箱等），熟悉可靠性测试标准（GB/T2423、IEC60068）； 3、熟悉功能安全测试(如ISO 13849)标准并由产品认证经验值优先； 4、掌握机器人运动性能测试方法（激光跟踪仪、动态分析仪等），熟悉可靠性测试方法（加速寿命试验、HALT等），具备EMC测试及整改经验； 5、主导过CE、UL等认证项目，熟悉中国机器人CR认证流程；
