职位描述
负责移动机器人规控算法系统设计与核心模块研发，包括行为决策、路径规划、轨迹优化与运动控制。 负责规控算法在仿真、道路/场地测试及实际业务中的全流程落地，推动算法从可用到稳定、从单点能力到系统级闭环。 与感知、定位、地图、底盘、软件平台及产品团队深度协作，定义模块接口、约束条件与联调策略，提升整车/整机系统表现。 建立规控算法评测体系和数据闭环机制，持续优化系统在安全性、鲁棒性、舒适性、通行效率和资源消耗等方面的表现。 跟踪机器人与自动驾驶规控方向前沿技术，结合业务需求推动新方法验证和落地。
职位要求
硕士及以上学历，机器人、自动化、控制、车辆工程、计算机、数学等相关专业。 具备较丰富的移动机器人或自动驾驶规控算法研发经验，有完整项目落地经历。 对规控系统有系统性理解，熟悉任务级决策、局部规划、轨迹生成、轨迹跟踪、速度规划、避障策略等核心问题及其工程权衡。 熟悉常见规划算法与优化方法，如 A*、Hybrid A*、Dijkstra、RRT、样条曲线、搜索/采样规划、优化规划等，并具备实际应用经验。 熟悉常见控制算法，如 PID、Pure Pursuit、Stanley、LQR、MPC 等，能够结合机器人/车辆平台特性完成建模、调参与稳定性优化。 具备扎实的数学基础，熟悉运动学、动力学、最优化、概率统计、数值计算等相关理论。 熟练掌握 C++，具备良好的工程实现能力；熟悉 Python、Linux、ROS/ROS2 及常用开发调试工具。 有清扫、物流、配送机器人或自动驾驶量产/商用项目经验者优先、有RL背景优先。
