职务描述：作为公司流程运营的核心成员，协助公司销售领域LTC和服务领域ITR流程建设和运营，解决业务端问题和业务痛点，做好流程需求分析，推进流程建设和发布，后期的运营和优化。为营销服领域提供流程工具，提升业务运营效率及业务质量，助力业务目标达成。 主要职责： 1. 负责营销服领域端到端业务现状及问题梳理，基于业务痛点，协助建设0-1流程体系，包括流程架构和流程清单规划（L1-L6）； 2. 负责业务端流程建设落地，参与流程文件编写、评审和发布，并对流程文件进行管理； 3. 负责流程项目专项，拉齐相关业务方，推动端到端的落地，包括业务流梳理设计、IT系统实现路径； 4. 负责跨部门沟通和协调，解决研发、销售、供应、财经、人力等流程之间的断点问题，保证业务流程顺畅。
