岗位定位 负责公司整体视觉体系建设与设计中心管理，建立统一品牌视觉标准，支撑品牌传播、营销活动及平台商业化场景需求，打造高质量品牌视觉输出体系。 岗位职责 1. 负责公司整体品牌视觉体系规划与设计标准制定。 2. 负责管理视觉设计团队，统筹品牌、营销、电商等设计需求。 3. 负责品牌视觉升级、活动主视觉、传播物料及营销设计把控。 4. 负责建立设计规范与设计资产管理体系。 5. 负责提升团队设计效率与输出质量，推动设计标准化建设。 6. 负责协同品牌、新媒体、运营等团队完成业务需求。 7. 负责建立符合科技品牌调性的视觉表达体系。 任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，视觉传达、艺术设计等相关专业优先。 2. 5年以上视觉设计经验，3年以上团队管理经验。 3. 有互联网、科技、消费品牌、电商等行业经验优先。 4. 具备优秀审美能力与品牌视觉体系搭建能力。 5. 熟悉线上线下品牌传播视觉逻辑。 6. 具备较强团队管理与项目统筹能力。 8. 视觉设计师
