职位描述
1、根据公司的发展需求，负责中高端研发岗位招聘工作； 2、独立完成简历甄别、意向沟通、面试跟踪、背景调查等招聘各环节具体实施工作； 3、负责高端岗位招聘需求梳理及人才画像定型等工作，协助高管对候选人的适配性做研判。
职位要求
1、全日制211本科及以上学历，5年以上科技行业，如自动驾驶、人工智能、机器人等行业HR或研发招聘相关工作经验，有乙方高端研发岗位招聘经验者优先； 2、对于招聘有深刻的理解，熟悉各种招聘模式，掌握职位分析、人才测评、招聘面试、招聘渠道维护、mapping等专业知识和技巧； 3、抗压性强，优秀的沟通能力，强烈的责任感，良好的团队管理能力，具备奋斗者精神，愿意与企业共同成长； 4、具有较强的业务思考能力和行业知识储备，了解所在业务领域人才流量来源，能为公司战略招聘做人才和信息储备； 5、强执行力，以结果为导向。
