岗位说明： 本岗位招聘主体公司为擎天租 岗位职责： 1. 为销售团队提供日常运营支持，完成销售数据整理、业绩追踪及周报、月报输出； 2. 参与CRM系统的数据录入、清洗、维护及基础分析，保障业务数据准确、完整； 3. 协助完成销售激励、返利、佣金等数据的核对与结算沟通； 4. 跟踪销售线索、商机及转化过程，协助分析销售漏斗和业务问题； 5. 收集一线销售团队反馈，参与销售流程及运营机制优化； 6. 协助组织销售会议、业务培训及复盘活动，跟进会议待办事项； 7. 配合完成销售政策、业务资料及运营SOP的整理和维护。
职位要求
任职要求： 1. 2027届本科及以上学历，工商管理、统计学、市场营销、经济学等相关专业优先； 2. 熟练使用Excel，掌握数据透视表、VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP等常用功能； 3. 熟练使用PPT，具备良好的数据呈现和汇报材料制作能力； 4. 数据敏感、逻辑清晰，具备良好的沟通与跨部门协作能力； 5. 认真细致、有耐心，能够高效处理数据及流程性工作； 6. 有销售运营、数据分析相关实习或校园项目经历者优先； 7. 了解CRM系统、SQL或BI工具者优先，英语读写能力良好者加分。
