1、负责human-centric数据软硬件产品项目管理工作； 2、作为项目核心协调人，高效整合硬件电子、软件、算法、产品、测试等内外部资源，解决项目推进中的关键瓶颈与冲突，保障项目资源的最优配置与高效利用。 3.、项目过程度量与持续改进：建立项目度量体系，定期分析项目进展、效能与风险，输出分析报告，驱动项目过程优化与决策，并对项目交付质量进行复盘，推动经验沉淀与流程改进。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，5年以上项目管理经验，熟悉IPD从调研规划到实现量产的全过程，有研发经验优先； 2、深入了解机器人、智能硬件行业的技术现状与发展趋势，对智能硬件、数据采集、嵌入式系统等核心技术环节有清晰认知，能准确评估技术边界与项目风险。 3. 具备卓越的资源协调能力、风险管控能力和结果导向思维。 4、逻辑分析能力强，能主动发现问题并推动解决。拥有出色的抗压能力和责任心，能适应项目驱动的阶段性出差。
