职位描述
1、负责新产品模具开发方案的评估与制订，包括塑胶零件和金属零件 2、新零件开模材料的建议及工艺推荐。 3、主导模具整体开发，包括前期的技术交流、DFM检讨、模具检讨以及后续模具进度管控，确保模具能按时按质完成 4、开模零件承认及量产导入推进 5、分析和解决模具在试模、量产过程中的异常问题，持续优化模具寿命与稳定性； 6、编制与归档模具相关技术文件，包括图档、DFM报告、模流分析报告、试模总结等；
职位要求
1、模具设计与制造、高分子材料、机械工程、等相关工科/理科专业背景； 2、具备8年以上塑胶/压铸模具设计及模具评审相关经验，熟悉消费类电子产品或汽车结构件等产品的模具结构特点。有机器人模具开发经验的优先； 3、技能要求： - 精通塑胶模具结构，熟悉注塑工艺及相关设备，了解常用塑胶材料与模具材料的特性； - 熟悉金属模具结构，掌握铝合金压铸、镁合金成型等工艺，了解金属材料特性及相关加工制程； - 熟悉塑胶常用表面处理工艺，能够对各类表面不良进行分析与改善； - 熟悉金属零件的后制程工艺，具备对零件不良进行分析及改善的能力； - 熟悉塑胶及金属模具的成本核算方法，给项目组做决策； - 精通模具设计相关软件（如UG、CAD等）及模流分析软件。
