职位描述
1、负责机器人关节模组产品的结构设计，机加工过程管控、装配调试； 2、参与选型行星减速器、谐波减速机与电机、刹车器、编码器、驱动器、力矩传感器等零部件的概要设计、方案设计及选型； 3、负责完成相关三维及二维图纸绘制、设计数据的输出、机械相关零部件的选型、采购清单的编制与BOM表输出，以及后续从样机到批量的设计验证工作； 4、能熟练对产品进行结构刚强度分析、疲劳分析、模态分析、拓扑优化分析；热应力分析、热传导、对流和辐射分析，并输出仿真报告；
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，机械类或机电类专业，3年以上工作经验； 2、熟悉关节模组核心组件减速机、无框电机、驱动器、编码器、力矩传感器等的供应商与技术参数； 3、熟悉材料和工艺，熟悉钣金/金属材料/符合材料性能； 4、对产品设计有浓厚的兴趣；能够完成整套产品的五金、机械传动的结构设计； 5、具备独立开发关节模组的经验，熟悉关节模组产品的开发流程，熟悉关节模组的系统测试； 6、熟练使用2D和3D设计软件； 7、有过关节模组量产经验者优先，有人形机器人关节模组设计经验优先。
