职位描述
1.负责人形机器人产品相关的硬件系统需求分析、指标拆解、主体方案设计以及实现评审； 2.负责机器人电池、充电器选型设计，斩波电路和电源管理电路设计； 3.参与和指导解决电池、充电器、电源等方面系统性难题； 4.元件参数选型验证，原理图设计、PCB指导和PCBA生产跟踪； 样品焊接、调试验证
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，电子类相关专业，具备从0开始的量产项目单板的设计能力，具有5年以上硬件研发工作经验； 2.具有正确的硬件正向开发价值观，具有使用基本理论认知分析未知问题的能力，能够用正确的思路影响并指导他人；有较强的工作主动性，具有良好的团队协作精神； 3.熟悉开关电源和电源管理电路设计，熟悉功率器件的选型和计算，能够使用相关仿真工具进行理论设计，熟悉电源系统测试方案和方法； 4.能独立完成电子电路原理图设计、硬件电路调试、器件选型及功能性能验证等工作项目； 5.熟悉至少一种线路板设计软件，AD、Cadence、Mentor或者其他；熟悉常用电路仿真软件； 6.熟练使用各种电子测试仪器，包括示波器、信号发生器等； 7.熟悉电源相关认证，对电子行业相关新器件和新技术有热情，了解行业发展趋势者优先。
