职位描述
1、制定和管控机器人项目的开发计划，密切跟踪项目进展，保证研发的时间和进度，资源分配； 2、明确项目团队成员责任，有效利用项目管理工具，及时确定和调整各个项目的优先级； 3、对接内部研发各部门，参与需求分析，测试，研发评审等里程碑事件，组织沟通反馈和问题跟进； 4、对项目已出现的问题和项目内潜在的问题进行及时沟通，组织相关人员解决处理，提出备选方案，并跟踪执行情况； 5、项目总结，包括：项目概述，总结项目目标实现情况，项目实施过程回顾、分析，总结项目出现的问题和经验教训。
职位要求
1、6年以上机器人/汽车/智能硬件行业开发经验，3年以上研发项目管理经验； 2、熟悉机电一体化产品的研发和生产流程，善于跨部门、跨组织的沟通与协调，能够和内部团队维持良好的合作关系； 3、有优秀的执行能力，协调能力，人际沟通能力，勇于接受挑战，承担责任，及时调整适应变革； 4、忠诚于行业和客观理论，具备高度的责任心，能够承受工作压力。
