职位描述
1.落户业务办理 - 负责全国各城市员工落户申请的全流程操作，包括人才引进、居转户、积分落户、应届生落户等 - 与各地人社局、人才服务中心对接，跟进审批进度，及时响应补件和异常 - 为业务部门和员工提供落户政策咨询，协助评估落户可行性 2.补贴申报与政策兑现 - 负责各类人才补贴、社保补贴、稳岗补贴等的申报，覆盖国家、省 / 市、区三级政策 - 建立并维护补贴申报台账，跟踪审批与拨付进度，确保应享尽享 - 关注政策动态，提前规划申报窗口期 3.员工关系事务 - 负责竞业限制协议的签署、台账管理及履行跟踪，协助处理竞业相关争议 - 参与员工入离职面谈、离职协商等基础 ER 事务 - 协助处理劳动争议、仲裁案件的材料准备与流程跟进 - 维护员工关系相关数据台账（竞业、离职、争议等） 4.政策研究与流程优化 - 持续跟踪落户与补贴政策变化，定期输出政策解读 - 梳理并标准化落户、补贴申报及 ER 相关事务的 SOP，推动流程线上化
职位要求
1.3年以上员工落户或补贴申报实操经验，有独立办理过完整落户案例； 2.有员工关系（ER）相关经验，熟悉竞业限制管理、劳动争议处理等基础事务； 3.精通上海落户政策及人才补贴体系，了解北京、深圳、杭州等主要城市政策，具备跨区域落地能力； 4.细致耐心，有较强合规意识。
