职位描述
-组内多模态大模型在不同硬件环境联调与功能验证。 -基于标准评测集和业务数据，完成离线跑批、效果对比评测，输出结构化评测报告。 -负责评测数据和业务样本的清洗、标注校对与一致性校验。 -参与评测硬件环境的规划、组装、系统安装与基础环境配置。 -编写部署脚本、评测流水线、数据处理工具，支持内部测试平台的开发维护。
职位要求
必备： -计算机/电子/自动化等相关专业大专及以上学历 -熟练 Linux 及常用命令，能写 Shell 与 Python 脚本 -了解 PyTorch 等深度学习框架，能完成模型加载与推理测试 -了解 GPU 环境基础（CUDA、Docker 等），能排查常见环境问题 -做事细致，能按规范记录过程与结果 加分： -有大模型（LLM/VLM/多模态）集成或评测经验 -熟悉 vLLM / Triton / TensorRT 等推理框架 -有硬件装机、系统调试经验 -熟悉常见评测指标，有撰写评测报告经验
