职位描述
1、主导机器人产品大型测试管理及自动化测试平台的核心测试框架的架构设计与研发，攻克机器人系统软硬件、可靠性自动化测试技术难题，提升机器人产品测试效率； 2、负责建立机器人关键总成、整机的测试活动自动化保障体系，涵盖单体总成、硬件在环、整机场景仿真及场地等测试活动，主导机器人性能、压力、长稳等专项自动化测试活动及时落地，可开展专项测试结果自动评估； 3、负责构建下线后机器人运行问题自动化巡检与风险评估能力构建，支撑售后问题及时预警、识别与定界定位； 4、持续优化自动化测试流水线，推动机器人自动化测试技术革新，引入先进的自动化测试方法与工具，持续提升测试活动质量与效率。
职位要求
1、机器人、自动驾驶、汽车电子、计算机等专业本科及以上学历，8年以上机器人、汽车等行业自动化测试/开发经验，3年以上测试专家或架构师岗位经历； 2、具备机器人、汽车等复杂系统的自动化测试开发经验，精通Java/Python等主流编程语言，具备复杂自动化测试框架设计经验能力，有0-1搭建测试平台的成功经验优先； 3、有AI测试经验者优先，熟悉常见AI/Agent框架，有实际落地经验者优先； 4、熟悉机器人技术或相关领域的知识，了解机器人常用的lsaac Sim/Mujoco/Gazebo/Worldsim等仿真软件，能够搭建复杂仿真场景优先； 5、关注机器人行业测试新技术与趋势，具备快速学习和落地能力，乐于探索机器人行业创新测试方案，具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
