职位描述
1、主导双足人形机器人全生命周期可靠性工程设计与验证，结合产品需求及系统方案进行可靠性指标拆解，制定并执行可靠性测试策略（HALT、HASS、寿命试验、环境应力测试等），针对高动态关节、电池系统、IMU/视觉传感器、轮腿混合机构等关键子系统及模块，设计和落实专项可靠性验证方案； 2、建立产品可靠性指标体系，定义整机 MTBF、FMEA 、环境适应性等级等核心指标，并分解到子系统、关键模组、元器件； 3、主导失效分析与闭环改进，熟悉运用 SEM、X-ray、EDS、CT断层扫描、热成像等工具进行微观机理分析，输出根因分析报告推动设计、材料、工艺优化； 4、参与产品设计和开发过程，提供可靠性工程方面的建议和意见，进行可靠性预防设计，推动产品的质量和可靠性改进； 5、跨职能团队合作，包括与研发、工程、制造及质量团队，推进解决产品问题，提升产品可靠度；
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，可靠性工程、力学、机械结构、材料、电子电气工程等相关专业；5年以上硬件可靠性工程经验，有机器人/无人机/汽车电子领域经验优先； 2、参与过项目开发工作或可靠性管理工作，有可靠性需求分析、可靠性试验设计、失效分析（断面分析、电子元器件失效分析等）、物理分析、可靠性数据统计分析、力学分析（结构强度、振动、疲劳等）等相关经验； 3、熟悉环境适应性试验、机械强度试验、疲劳耐久试验及相关的可靠性测试标准； 4、熟悉寿命模型、加速试验方案制定、可靠性增长试验制定、可靠性鉴定试验制定方法论并具有实践经验，包括FMEA、FTA、HALT/HASS、加速寿命试验、环境试验等；
