职位描述
岗位职责 1. 作为前端技术工程师，负责公司平台前端技术架构设计、技术选型，带领前端团队完成平台开发、迭代与性能优化。 2. 负责中控大屏、机器人状态监控、编队调度、任务编排、远程超视距遥控、视频流渲染、设备管理、告警面板等核心模块开发；处理实时消息推送、低延迟视频流、大量设备状态渲染等技术难点。 3. 制定前端开发规范、组件库、工程化体系，把控代码质量，组织代码评审，解决项目关键技术卡点，如大批量机器人实例渲染、高频率状态刷新、流媒体延迟优化。 4. 和产品、后端、算法团队对接，完成接口联调，配合现场做环境适配，解决现场网络复杂条件下的前端兼容性、稳定性问题。 5. 评估技术风险，制定版本排期，管理前端人力分配，推动版本交付，沉淀技术文档，指导团队成员技术成长。 6. 支撑大型展演、多机协同项目现场联调，快速定位和修复前端侧线上问题，保障平台现场稳定运行。
职位要求
任职要求 1. 5年及以上前端开发经验，2年以上前端团队负责人经验，熟练 Vue3/React，熟悉工程化、组件化建设。 2. 有实时系统、中控调度平台、物联网控制台、远程遥操、视频流处理项目经验；熟悉WebSocket、WebRTC、流媒体渲染优先。 3. 熟悉大量实例渲染、大数据高频刷新性能优化，了解前端内存、渲染瓶颈，能独立解决复杂性能问题。 4. 具备架构设计、技术选型、风险评估能力，能够带领团队承接复杂B端平台项目。 5. 良好沟通协作能力，能对接算法、后端、测试、现场团队，可承受重点项目高强度迭代压力；有机器人行业项目经验优先。
