职位描述
1、配合研发部门，参与新产品研发全流程，从工艺角度提供专业支撑，开展工艺可行性分析、路线设计，保障研发方案可落地、具创新性。 2、主导新产品工艺开发与试产验证，解决试产工艺难题，推动新产品高效量产转化。 3、结合研发迭代需求，优化现有产品工艺，调整流程与参数，匹配研发升级方向。 4、跟踪行业前沿工艺技术，结合研发战略提出创新建议，参与工艺攻关，提升产品核心竞争力。 5、负责研发与生产的工艺衔接，转化研发成果为标准工艺文件，支撑生产端工艺改进。 6、配合采购部门,梳理加工工序,评估加工成本,提出降本措施。 7、配合研发、质量部门，分析新产品质量问题，从工艺角度提出预防与整改措施。
职位要求
1、本科及以上，机械制造、材料成型、工业工程等相关专业，3年以上相关工作经验，有研发工艺经验者优先。 2、精通新产品工艺开发流程，具备工艺设计与创新能力，熟悉研产衔接，熟练使用相关绘图及仿真工具者优先。 3、具备扎实研发工艺实操能力，能独立完成工艺方案设计、试产验证及问题解决，有技术攻关经验者优先。 4、具备良好跨部门沟通（重点对接研发）、逻辑思维及执行力，认真严谨，有学习创新意识和抗压能力。
