职位描述
1.政策研究与体系搭建 1）深入研究不同国家和地区薪酬政策、社保福利制度等，结合公司战略与业务需求，搭建并完善海外薪酬管理体系。 2）定期关注海外薪酬市场动态，开展薪酬调研，为海外薪酬策略调整提供数据支持与建议。 2.成本控制与预算管理 1）监控海外薪酬成本，进行成本分析与预测，制定合理薪酬预算计划并跟踪、调整预算执行情况。 2）优化海外薪酬方案，在保障员工满意度的同时，有效控制薪酬成本。 3.税务与海外福利管理 1）遵守海外各国税务法规，复核海外代扣代缴海外员工个人所得税等相关税费。 2）管理海外员工福利项目（如商业保险、健康福利等），确保福利政策有效执行和员工权益保障。 3）设计海外薪酬福利体系，对接海外EOR供应商，完成海外员工用工管理及算薪服务。
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，具有 7年以上人力资源管理工作经验，其中至少 5年以上海外薪酬管理经验； 2.熟悉海外薪酬管理流程和方法，数据分析； 3.有海外国家薪酬体系0-1搭建经验优先。
