职位描述
1、负责机械臂、人形机器人关节、减速器外壳、精密支架等结构件的模具DFM评审、模具方案设计与开发。跟进优化壁厚、拔模、倒扣、公差结构，规避量产变形、装配干涉等问题，输出评审报告。 2、针对薄壁、高精度、异形等精密模具做结构优化、进胶、冷却、排气、防变形设计。 3、主导试模、改模、尺寸调试，解决产品变形、缩水、披锋、尺寸偏差、装配不良等问题，保证关节模组同轴度、配合精度达标。 4、跟进模具加工、配模、验收、量产导入，制定成型工艺标准与模具保养规范，提升良率与稳定性。 5、对接结构研发、生产、供应链，同步迭代改模，配合机器人新品样机、试产、量产落地。
职位要求
1、3年以上精密塑胶模具经验，有机臂/机器人关节/精密传动壳体经验优先。 2、熟练UG/CAD模具设计，精通行位、斜顶、三板模、热流道结构。 3、熟悉金属低压铸造、高压铸造、高温料成型特性，懂精密件变形控制、尺寸公差、装配匹配。 4、能独立DFM、试模分析、异常整改、8D闭环，能扛新项目进度。
