职位描述
1、制定关键器件技术发展路标，识别有价值的新材料、新技术、新工艺并能够应用于产品； 2、分析研发需求，并针对本品类器件给出合理、专业的选型意见； 3、负责本品类新选型器件的认证全流程管理，识别认证风险并负责跟踪至有效闭环； 4、负责本品类供应商质量管理策略及规划的制定，监控供应商质量管理措施执行，以及供应商质量绩效的定期考核评价。
职位要求
1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，电力电子、电气自动化和新材料相关专业； 2、积极主动，能快速学习，责任心强，善于沟通，具备良好的团队合作能力； 3、英语读写流利，有采购认证或硬件研发岗位实习经验优先； 4、录用后需根据部门安排提前到岗实习。
