职位描述
1.作为 PDT 服务代表从概念阶段起参与产品开发，提出并跟踪四足机器人的可服务性需求：关节/驱动单元等关键部件的现场快换、整机拆装与标定便利性、远程诊断与 OTA、故障自诊断与日志回传等； 2. 参与 Beta 测试与客户试点，从服务视角验证产品可靠性、可维护性与故障恢复能力； 3. 制定服务方案：服务模式与 SLA、备件策略、服务工具与诊断平台，并主导上市前的服务就绪评审； 4. 组织一线服务队伍技术培训与认证，输出维护手册、排障指导书等服务文档； 5. 上市后对接重点客户，管理服务期望、履行 SLA，看护客户满意度； 6. 现场问题结构化闭环：按问题分级驱动研发限时响应，牵头重大问题根因分析，推动设计级改进； 7. 作为生命周期管理团队（LMT）成员，监控交付机群现场表现，按月输出问题趋势报告，将客户痛点导入需求流程驱动产品迭代。
