职位描述

周边产品创意提案设计与开发（含公司节礼、福利内购产品、商务接待礼赠等），配合公司发展方向，完成高质量输出； 2. 完成部门宣传设计工作，传递企业文化，保证工作的及时性和专业性，对结果负责。岗位要求： 1. 设计能力扎实，视觉审美能力优秀，能独立完成周边平面视觉设计，具备工业设计思维与产品落地经验，熟练使用PS、Al等设计软件，至少掌握一项3D软件使用； 2. 具备潮流文创、IP衍生、年轻向周边产品相关设计背景，可以驾驭多种设计风格，具备“内容与视觉结合”的思维，将抽象概念视觉化； 3. 需具备良好的沟通协作能力、极强跨品类学习能力和强自驱力，对设计有热情，注重细节，对最终成品有品质执念； 4. 投递简历必须附带相关作品集。加分项： 1. 有IP衍生品设计或潮玩行业经验，有从0到1的爆款产品案例； 2. 了解机器人/科技行业，对科技+文创的结合有自己的想法； 3. 具备建模能力或能通过AI辅助展示。

职位要求

承担主要目标/关键任务 1、周边产品设计（1）完成各类周边产品的视觉设计：盲盒手办、毛绒玩具、徽章、文化衫、礼品、3C周边等（2）负责产品的包装设计、吊牌设计、详情页主视觉、宣传海报等（3）完成机器人IP的多场景延展：表情包、插画、海报、产品应用等 2、部门宣传设计（1）完成部门宣传物料设计：活动海报、内宣素材等（2）配合企业文化活动，输出视觉创意方案，传递企业文化 3、创意提案与系列规划（1）负责公司节礼、福利内购产品、商务接待礼赠等产品设计输出（2）研究潮玩文创行业趋势，输出竞品分析和设计趋势报告
