职位描述
1、负责 2-3 个海外社交媒体账号的日常内容策划、发布及数据复盘； 2、策划高质量图文、短视频、Reels/Shorts 等多形态内容，把握平台算法逻辑； 3、管理并维护海外粉丝社群，提升评论互动率和用户留存； 4、协助筛选和对接海外 KOL/KOC，推进合作内容落地； 5、跟踪社媒数据（增长曲线 / 互动率 / 触达量），输出月度运营报告； 6、关注行业竞品动态，捕捉平台热点，提出创新内容方向。
职位要求
1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，市场营销、广告、新闻传播、小语种等相关专业； 2、德语听说读写熟，能独立撰写外语文案； 3、对海外主流社交平台有深度使用经验，了解各平台内容调性和玩法； 4、有内容创作热情，熟悉短视频/图文的策划与制作流程； 5、网感好，审美在线，对户外/生活方式内容有Sense。
