职位描述
1、负责官网多语言站点内容更新与日常维护（产品页 / 博客 / 活动页）； 2、监控官网核心数据指标（访问量 / 跳出率 / 转化率 / 平均停留时长），输出周报/月报； 3、基于数据分析，识别用户行为问题，提出页面优化建议并推动落地； 4、协调技术与内容团队，推动 SEO 优化、页面改版及功能迭代； 5、策划并执行官网营销活动（专题页 / 促销页 / 品牌Campaign）； 6、调研竞品官网，持续跟踪行业最佳实践，提出创新运营思路。
职位要求
1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，市场营销、电子商务、互联网运营相关专业； 2、具备基础数据分析能力，熟练使用 Excel，能使用 GA4 或类似数据工具； 3、英语CET-4及以上，具备跨语言内容审核能力； 4、逻辑清晰，善于系统性思考问题； 5、细心耐心，具备多线程任务管理能力。
