职位描述
1、参与需求评审，制定测试计划与测试方案，设计测试用例； 2、负责电商平台（B端供应链/C端用户端/BI看板等）的功能测试、性能测试、兼容性测试，全面把控产品质量； 3、执行测试，记录并跟踪缺陷，与开发协同推进问题解决，输出测试报告并评估上线风险； 4、自动化提效：编写自动化测试脚本，开发测试工具/平台，提升测试效率.
职位要求
1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先； 2、测试基础：掌握测试理论与用例设计方法，了解功能、性能、兼容性等测试类型； 3、编程语言：熟悉至少一门语言（Java/Python优先），能写自动化脚本或测试工具； 4、工具框架：了解主流测试框架、压测工具或接口测试工具者优先； 5、计算机基础：数据结构与算法扎实。
