职位描述
1、起草、审核各类法律文书及业务合同，制定合同模版，参与重大合同的谈判工作； 2、参与公司业务合规，针对业务模式、产品研发、争议纠纷提出法律意见； 3、对与互联网行业相关的前沿法律问题进行前瞻性的研究和思考，跟踪监管合规政策，提供法律合规意见； 4、参与处理诉讼、仲裁等争议纠纷案件； 5、组织开展公司内外部的相关法律培训及知识沉淀系统化工作； 6、根据具体情况，完成主管分配的其他工作。
职位要求
1、拥有正规统招法律本科或以上学历，通过国家法律职业资格考试； 2、拥有5年及以上互联网公司法务、律所工作经验优先； 3、熟悉互联网广告、个人信息保护、消费者权益保护、反不正当竞争纠纷领域法律知识者优先； 4、有一定争议纠纷解决经验； 5、高度责任感，自驱力强，品行优良，严谨踏实，耐心细致，有服务精神； 6、善于沟通交流，表达能力强，有良好的合作精神。
