职位描述
1、负责项目可靠性活动的开展、交付与闭环； 2、制定项目可靠性测试策略、测试方案和测试计划； 3、参与项目可靠性评审及可靠性设计确认； 4、负责统筹项目可靠性的测试执行，并整理测试报告； 5、负责项目可靠性问题闭环管理； 6、收集分析失效案例，总结项目可靠性经验，并在部门沉淀。
职位要求
1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，电气工程、电子工程、自动化等相关专业优先，有较强的动手能力； 2、能独立思考和解决问题，勤奋认真，责任心强，善于团队合作； 3、思维敏捷，具有良好的沟通、协调和分析问题能力。
