职位描述
1.负责电机控制器压铸件的结构设计指导和评审，确保零件的可制造性和经济性； 2.负责主导供应商零件合格率提升，节拍提升，帮扶供应商问题的分析和解决； 3.参与压铸件供应商的DFM、模具、工装、检具、工艺和CNC方案的评审和确认，成本合理性评估； 4.参与压铸件的试模、测试、OTS认可和批量导入，跟踪供应商量产前的质量问题对接、分析和解决关闭； 5.负责控制器压铸件设计和测试标准的编写和维护，支持供应商的考核准入； 6.其他压铸件设计及供应商质量相关的支持工作；
职位要求
1.大专及以上学历，机械设计和模具设计类等相关专业，5年以上压铸模具设计和零件加工经验； 2.精通复杂新能源压铸件的400~2000T的模具结构设计、压铸工艺和CNC工艺，熟悉压铸电控壳体量产经验的优先； 3.掌握压铸件摩擦焊接工艺及测试验证，具有摩擦焊接失效原因分析及解决能力； 4.熟悉压铸件的模流分析软件，熟悉各种仿真结果的评估和优化，指导模具设计； 5.熟悉压铸件的失效原因分析和解决方案，具有压铸件气密泄露和变形失效原因分析和解决能力； 6.熟悉压铸件的工装模具开发流程，熟悉压铸件CNC加工、检测等流程； 7.熟悉压铸件模具和CNC成本构成和优化经验； 8.良好沟通与合作能力，积极主动，团队精神；
