职位描述
1、负责控制器/电机等的相关部件的开发测试和验证以及DVP测试，主要包括环境可靠性、防护测试、振动、耐久测试、防腐蚀测试等。 2、负责对接客户测试需求，引导客户，制定出合理的产品测试规范，统筹管理内部项目的所有测试内容。 3、深度参与内部的客户项目及平台开发项目中，根据产品的DFMEA，协同各个开发部门及PCE设计测试验证规范覆盖开发过程中的设计风险。 4、负责产品实验实施、内部外部测试能力匹配、测试进度管理。 5、负责产品试验过程中的问题汇总，确保问题的闭环管理。 6、负责试验数据整理收集，确保实验报告高质量按时完成。 7、拥有多项目的同时进行的管理能力，具有很强的责任心和自驱力，抗压能力强。
职位要求
岗位要求： 1、熟知控制器/电机/电驱动系统的测试相关的测试标准, 如VW80000、ISO21498、ISO16750等。 2、熟悉各种软件和硬件工具，例如Catia/ProE, Labview, INCA, Matlab,示波器，万用表等。 3、熟悉控制器/电机/电驱动系统的结构，同时也需要熟悉电机，电机的控制原理，逆变器的原理，寿命失效原理。 能力要求： 1、良好的沟通，协调和组织能力。 2、良好的英语口语和写作表达能力。 3、能够做出清晰的报告和评估。 4、有团队协作的精神。 5、能够快速适应和学习。 6、积极性高，有挑战精神。 7、专业，友好，有热情，有做导师的潜力。 学历要求：工程本科学位及以上，机械，汽车，电气自动化等专业。 工作经验要求：至少三年/五年的测试相关经验。
