职位描述
1 根据实验室下发到的委托单，执行测试任务，并在完成测试任务的同时，及时将数据上传及整理；在测试中发现的问题，及时汇报给策划团队； 2 参与实验室新建设备的建设及规划；检查所负责实验室设备的维护保养；执行每日的实验室5s，保持实验室环境的安全舒适； 3 实验室运行过程中，发现流程中的问题及时向上级提出，进行分析并提供初步的解决性方案； 4 对实验室新员工进行岗中培训，协助新员工完成测试任务； 5 负责实验室cans文件的编制，更新及发布；负责实验室管理体系的运行及自查；配合实验室cnas体系的内审及外审；提交实验室cans文件的存档及样机物料的管理； 6 上级交付的其他工作。
职位要求
任职资格: 1- 电气自动化或相关专业，大专及以上学历； 2- 新能源汽车电控测试行业工作经验2年以上； 3- 熟悉电力电子相关的测试基本知识，如双脉冲测试、热测试、台架测试等； 4 - 熟悉汽车电子的相关测试标准； 5- 熟悉各种测试测量仪器的原理和使用方法； 6- 团队合作意识强，学习能力强，执行力强，良好的沟通表达能力； 7- 具有主人翁意识，愿意分享自己的经验；
