职位描述
1.负责新产品（主要电控、功率砖产品）工艺分解与工艺验证，新工艺的开发及验证，工艺改进，生产导入及优化； 2.参与产品设计阶段的DFM评审工作并跟踪问题落实情况； 3.编写产品的各阶段工艺文件，及公司工艺规范及标准的制定； 4.负责生产线的规划、布局、优化及产能分析与改善 ; 5.负责工装夹具设计，设备参数验证及优化； 6.对现有的生产加工工艺过程、装配工艺过程提出改进及优化方案，进行生产现场工艺指导，解决现场的工艺问题； 7.负责收集和分析同行业先进工艺信息，并对公司产品提出改进方案； 8.进行前期的工艺研究、储备及提升。
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历； 2.专业不限，机械制造或自动化等相关专业优先； 3.八年以上以上汽车行业工艺过程开发相关工作经验； 4.从事电控、ECU、VCU、BMS或汽车中控产品的工艺开发，并且具有拧紧以及涂胶的工艺经验。 5.熟悉Office办公软件和2D与3D制图工具软件； 6.有一定的IE的规划经验者优先； 7.良好的职业操守，细致、耐心、谨慎； 8.良好的团队合作精神及质量意识。
