职位描述
参与新能源汽车电机控制器的设计开发工作。 1、主导电机控制器产品的机械质量问题分析（如压铸缺陷、气密失效、产品变形等），定位根本原因并制定改进方案。 2、使用8D、5Why等质量工具编写分析报告，推动设计、工艺及供应商协同改进。 3、制定来料检验标准（如尺寸、材质、表面处理），审核供应商制程能力并推动工艺优化。 4、支持质量问题案例库的建立，提炼设计及生产中的风险点，参与新产品DFMEA完善。 5、参与供应商DFM沟通，改进及完善工艺流程。
职位要求
机械工程、材料成型、工业工程等相关专业，至少1年相关行业的工作经验。 熟悉压铸、注塑、冲压等工艺及常见失效模式（如缩孔、冷隔、卷气等）。 1、熟悉搅拌摩擦焊、机加工、压装等常见制造工艺。 2、熟练使用Creo（Pro/E）等工程图制图软件。 3、具备严谨的逻辑分析能力，擅长从数据中提炼问题规律。 4、沟通协调能力强，能推动跨部门合作及供应商管理，能适应短期出差支持客户现场。 5、具备项目管理意识，抗压能力及跨部门沟通能力。
