职位描述
1、 质量体系搭建与维护，流程优化与标准化分析现有流程痛点，提出优化方案，推动跨部门协作，确保质量要求在研发、采购、生产、物流等环节有效落地。 2、 产品质量控制与监督：来料质量控制及供应商改进，生产过程质量监控关键工序。分析生产不良数据，主导根本原因分析及纠正预防措施。 3、 优化检验标准，确保产品100%合格出厂，处理库存异）。 4、 主导客户投诉（8D报告）的快速响应，分析问题根源并推动闭环解决。 5、 定期汇总客户反馈，提炼共性问题，推动设计或工艺改进。 6、 建立质量数据看板（如PPM、OEE、一次通过率等），监控质量趋势，主导质量改进目； 7、 失效分析与可靠性提升，组织产品失效分析，提升产品稳健性。 8、 提升团队专业技能（如质量工具、检验标准、审核技巧）。 9、 跨部门协作与沟通 与研发、生产、采购、售后等部门协同，推动质量目标达成。 10、参与新产品开发评审，提出质量风险点及改进建议。 11、分析质量成本，推动降本增效，优化检验流程，提升检验效率。 12、推动质量检测自动化（如AOI、ICT、FCT设备升级），减少人为误差。
职位要求
教育背景：机电、自动化、质量管理等相关专业大专及以上学历，英语流利； 经验要求：5年以上电机控制器或汽车电子行业质量管理经验，熟悉功率半导体、嵌入式系统者优先。 技能要求：精通质量工具（如8D、FMEA、SPC）、熟悉ISO体系，具备六西格玛绿带/黑带认证者优先。 软技能：强逻辑分析、跨部门协作、问题解决能力，能承受高压工作环境。
