职位描述
1.制定平湖工厂的质量体系策略，审查公司相关的程序和管理流程，主导评审工厂相关的流程文件，组织相关流程体系的培训实施和持续优化； 2.主要侧重工厂过程质量管控及产品质量提升工作，同时监督项目进度及开展情况，协同总部开展项目的质量阀评审，并识别风险和推动解决； 3.协同总部监督并指导质量体系的工作开展，协调优化跨部门之间的流程职责，持续优化体系运行效率，推动评审工程变更、过程变更的有效行，并监督和跟踪工程变更的落实； 4.协同总部组织公司内外部体系审核和客户审核，确保相关要求在内部得到有效实施和保留相关证据，持续推动流程体系的完善和提升客户的满意度； 5.监督并抽查项目task list 的执行，确保项目相关的要求在公司内正确理解和得到有效执行； 6.负责部门员工活动的组织与实施。
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，质量工作经验8年及以上，其中质量管理工作经验至少3年及以上，有工厂质量体系搭建经验为佳； 2.必须具备汽车电子产品质量管理经验，熟悉新能源汽车电控和功率砖产品为佳，熟悉掌握 汽车行业五大工具（APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA)； 3.熟悉三个以上主机厂的质量管理体系，精通工厂质量管理的过程质量模块，具备较高地提升产品质量的解决问题能力； 4.英文口语流利，具备良好的沟通能力、协调能力，组织能力，分析能力和执行力； 5.具有较强的抗压能力，能够妥善处理各种复杂事务，并具备良好的客户汇报能力。
