职位描述
职责描述： 1. 技术战略与产品规划：主导功率半导体模块（如SiC/IGBT）从市场需求分析、产品定义到技术路线规划的全过程，参与制定部门技术发展蓝图与研发流程体系建设。 2. 模块设计与开发：负责高端功率模块的架构设计、布局优化、电-热-机械性能仿真（如使用ANSYS、SolidWorks等工具），主导设计评审，确保产品性能、可靠性及成本目标达成。 3. 材料与工艺开发：主导关键封装材料（如基板、衬底、连接材料）的选型、评估与供应商技术对接；深度参与封装工艺开发（如焊接、灌封、键合），确保工艺窗口与车规级可靠性标准（如AQG324）符合性。 4. 失效分析与可靠性提升：运用半导体物理机理分析工具与方法，主导解决模块在开发、测试及量产应用中的失效问题，形成闭环改进机制，提升产品良率与寿命。 5. 跨部门协同与项目推进：作为技术核心接口，协同芯片设计、应用工程、生产质量等团队，确保项目关键节点落地；主导与上下游供应商的技术协调，保障供应链稳定与技术迭代。 6. 团队建设与能力传承：负责技术团队的能力构建、人才培养与梯队建设，通过技术培训、项目指导推动团队专业水平持续提升。 7. 根据业务发展需求安排的其他任务； 8. 保护本岗位负责的信息资产。
职位要求
任职要求： 1. 学历专业：电力电子、微电子、材料科学、电气工程或自动化类相关专业硕士及以上学历（优秀者可放宽至本科）。 2. 经验背景：5年以上功率半导体模块开发经验，有模块产品全周期开发及大规模量产经验优先，有车规级模块项目经验者优先； 3. 技术能力： 精通功率半导体器件（如IGBT/SiC）的物理特性、模块设计方法流程，熟悉多物理场（电气、热、机械）仿真与优化； 熟悉功率模块封装工艺及材料体系，具备材料选型与可靠性验证能力； 掌握机械设计基础，能指导结构设计并审核图纸； 4. 工具技能：熟练使用3D设计软件，至少掌握一种仿真工具用于性能分析与验证。 5. 软实力要求：具备技术规划能力、跨团队领导力及敏锐的产品思维，能够承担技术决策责任，推动复杂技术问题攻关； 6. 具备信息安全意识； 7. 未发生过信息安全事件。
