职位描述
岗位职责 1. 测试执行与问题记录 • 根据测试计划执行功能测试、回归测试等，记录测试结果并提交报告。 • 协助编写测试计划，测试要求，步骤等。 2. 测试支持与文档整理 • 协助搭建和维护测试环境，准备测试数据，保障测试流程顺利进行。 • 整理测试文档，包括测试报告、操作手册、流程说明等，确保文档清晰可追溯。 • 参与测试工具或脚本的简单开发（如自动化测试脚本、数据生成工具），提升测试效率。 ________________________________________ 3. 学习与技能提升 • 学习产品测试相关工具及测试方法（如性能测试）。 • 了解产品开发流程（AQPQ，通用项目管理） • 参与团队技术分享，掌握行业测试规范及标准。 ________________________________________ 4. 团队协作与沟通 • 与开发、产品、设计团队沟通测试需求，协助推动问题解决。 • 参与测试评审会议，理解需求背景并提出测试角度的改进建议。 • 及时反馈测试进度和风险，协助优化测试流程。 ________________________________________ 5. 职业素养与规范 • 遵守公司保密制度，保护测试数据及产品信息的安全性。 • 保持责任心与细致态度，确保测试结果的准确性。 • 主动学习新技术，适应快速迭代的工作节奏。 其他职责 • 完成上级交办的临时性任务，部门文档整理等。
职位要求
任职要求 1. 教育背景，2026届或2027届 o 本科或硕士在读，专业为电子类、车辆工程、机械工程、软件等理工类； o 对汽车行业（新能源/智能驾驶/传统制造）有基础认知者优先。 2. 技能要求 o 熟练使用Office办公软件（Excel数据透视表、PPT制作能力为重点）； o 具备基础数据分析能力，了解项目管理方法论（如PMP、敏捷开发）为加分项； o 英语CET-4及以上，可阅读英文技术文档。 3. 软性素质 o 逻辑清晰，沟通表达能力良好，具备团队协作意识； o 责任心强，能适应快节奏工作，对细节敏感； o 每周至少出勤3天，实习期3个月以上。 4. 加分项
