职位描述
一、遵守安全规章制度；改善安全生产设施； 二、参与部门人员培训的计划、组织、实施； 三、设备管理： 3.1、参与设备/工装的安装、调试，负责设备验收；负责设备故障分析并对设备实施改善； 3.2、负责备品备件管理具体实施； 3.3、负责生产设备程序，软件，电气、机械图纸资料管理，负责设备的程序及参数的备份； 3.4、负责设备/工装维修及技术管理，及时发出临时配件图纸，测绘、积累备件图纸及参加竣工验收； 3.5、参与设备/工装运行状况数据、维修故障的统计及分析；编制备件储备定额，并根据实际消耗量，定期修订储备定额 四、维修管理： 4.1、负责办理设备/工装的自制、外委修理，并组织相关车间及部门进行修理质量监督和验收； 4.2、负责组织设备/工装修理前技术及生产准备工作，大修理的竣工验收工作； 4.3、响应产线设备故障； 4.4、负责定期保养计划的实施与验证； 4.5、负责维修系统的维护管理； 4.6、合理安排维修工工作，确保维修工作全面开展。 五、其他工作：上级交付的其他工作。 六、保护本岗位负责的信息资产。
职位要求
1.全日制本科或以上学历，机械类、电气类及相关专业； 2.具有1年以上设备技术及相关工作经验，熟悉IATF16949质量体系及精益制造体系： 3.了解机械/电气设计原理、掌握机械制图、掌握电气/机械维修、掌握设备管理、了解项目管理： 4.具备良好的沟通能力、协调能力，组织能力，分析能力和执行力； 5.工作细心、认真负责； 6、具备信息安全意识； 7、未发生过信息安全事件。
