职位描述
1）负责产品试制阶段设备开发、能力验证； 2）制定批产设备技术要求，评审设备方案，验证设备能力，验收设备，批产导入，设备优化与问题解决，支持爬坡生产； 3）制定设备维护保养计划与日常管理，及时响应设备问题，并支持产品生产； 4）跟踪设备问题，制定设备优化措施，持续优化设备； 5）管理备品备件与台账记录。
职位要求
1）大专以上学历，机械、电气或自动化类相关专业，3年及以上设备相关工作经验； 2）熟悉和熟练掌握设备开发、设备维修维护、备件管理、设备能力改进等相关方法及工具； 3）熟悉和熟练掌握西门子PLC、KUKA等机器人、视觉调试技能，一般的英语读写以及口语能力； 4）熟练运用PowerPoint、Excel等Office软件； 5）具备较强的团队协作、沟通能力、主动性和责任心 。
