职位描述
1、深度对接 SST 固态变压器研发团队，针对 CHB 链式变换器、DAB 高频隔离、中高频磁件、高压电气、控制算法、绝缘散热等技术开展**专利挖掘、交底书评审、创新点提炼**，制定项目专利布局策略。 2、独立完成电力电子领域发明专利撰写、权利要求搭建，负责国内专利、PCT 国际专利申请；独立完成审查意见（OA）答复、复审，保障专利授权质量与授权率。 3、开展技术查新、FTO 自由实施分析、竞品专利风险排查，输出检索分析报告，为 SST 样机研发、产品迭代规避侵权风险。 4、跟踪固态变压器、大功率电力电子行业专利态势，做专利专题分析；协助开展专利无效、侵权比对，为技术立项、方案选型提供知识产权支撑。 5、开展研发人员知识产权培训，建设技术交底模板，管理专利全生命周期，维护专利台账，沉淀电力电子 / SST 领域专利知识库。
职位要求
## 任职要求（5 条） 1、本科及以上，**电气工程、电力电子、自动化、电子信息**等理工科背景；3‑5 年电学 / 电力电子方向专利实务经验，企业 IPR 或专利代理所背景均可。 2、熟悉专利法、专利审查指南，可独立完成电学领域专利撰写、OA 答复；熟练使用 incoPat、智慧芽等检索分析工具。 3、看得懂电力电子拓扑、变换器、变压器、电感、高低压电路等技术文档，能快速理解 SST、DAB、多电平变换器等复杂技术方案。 4、优秀逻辑拆解、文字输出能力，善于和硬件、FPGA、测试工程师沟通，挖掘技术创新点；严谨细致，具备风险识别意识。 5、良好项目推进能力，可多项目并行，输出检索报告、布局方案等各类知识产权文档。
