职位描述
负责机器人关节模组伺服电机零部件管理：电机结构评审、图纸对接、样件测试、供应商技术对接、电机质量问题跟踪闭环； 负责关节模组壳体、端盖等结构件零部件管理：壳体加工工艺评审、尺寸公差、铸造 / 机加工供应商对接、样机装配匹配验证； 协同研发结构工程师，完成电机、壳体、减速器、轴承等零部件 DFM 评审，输出零部件技术规范、检验标准； 跟进零部件样品试制、可靠性测试、问题整改，推动供应商完成设计变更、工艺优化； 零部件量产阶段质量管控，处理来料不良、装配适配问题，主导零部件失效分析； 持续评估零部件成本、供应链方案，支撑关节模组产品迭代。
职位要求
本科及以上，机械、机电相关专业，有协作机器人 / 伺服关节模组、伺服电机行业经验优先； 精通伺服电机机械结构、电机相关测试标准，熟悉电机零部件质量管控逻辑； 具备壳体等机加工 / 压铸结构件开发经验，熟悉公差、装配干涉、加工工艺； 基础了解电机电磁方案，能和电磁工程师、供应商有效沟通； 具备零部件供应商管理、样件跟进、失效分析经验；会使用 CAD/UG/Solidworks 识图； 良好跨部门协同能力，能独立推动零部件技术问题闭环。
