职位描述
一、PLM 物料受控管理 1. 负责 PLM 系统账号申请维护，执行料号申请工作，包含结构件、电子料单个料号申请； 2. 跟进物料更改流程，完成 PEBB、控制盘、整机等产品物料受控流程操作； 3. 按照 PLM 系统规范完成物料全流程线上操作，保障研发物料数据准确受控。 二、采购请购执行（PR 下单） 1. 处理研发端 PR 请购单下单，跟进物料请购全流程； 2. 负责间接采购业务，熟练操作 OA 间采、震坤行采购流程，保障研发物资及时到位。 三、物料与资产管理 执行研发物料领用流程，做好研发物料出入库对接、登记，保障研发实验物料供给。 四、费用报销及对公支付处理 1. 操作汇联易报销平台，完成个人杂项报销、差旅报销单的提交、跟进与闭环； 2. 处理对公支付流程，跟进审批进度，确保研发相关费用合规流转。 保密协议跟踪管理 五、负责 NDA 保密协议状态跟踪（NDA‑track），跟进协议签署进度，管控研发对外合作保密风险。 六、其他研发支持工作 1. 落地研发部门各类 SOP 流程，对接研发、供应链、财务、行政多部门协同； 2. 完成研发文档归档、流程台账记录，领导交办的其他研发辅助事务。
