职位描述
1、负责重卡充换电场景市场开拓、客户开发与商务落地，对接物流车队、重卡主机厂、充换电站运营方、地方新能源项目投资方等核心客户，挖掘充换电设备、储能配套、整车配套等业务需求。 2、结合重卡充换电行业特性推进商务洽谈、方案报价、合同签订及全流程项目跟进；该场景商业化落地快、销售周期短，快速完成项目签约与回款，达成公司销售业绩指标。 3、深度理解重卡充换电客户诉求：客户对设备稳定性、可靠性要求适中，项目成本敏感度高，需针对性输出高性价比成套解决方案，平衡产品成本、交付周期与客户使用需求。 4、维护存量客户长期合作关系，同步收集市场价格、竞品方案、客户痛点、行业政策等信息，定期输出市场分析，反向支撑产品端优化成本、适配重卡充换电专属场景。 5、协同技术、售前、交付团队完成客户现场勘测、技术方案宣讲、项目交付跟进，推动项目快速落地，完成商业化场景验证，打造标杆充换电示范站点。 6、拓展渠道合作资源，搭建主机厂、车队集团、工程总包渠道网络，扩大重卡充换电市场覆盖，完成区域及行业销售目标。 职位要求
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，5年以上新能源、充换电、储能、商用车、工程机械相关销售 / BD 商务拓展经验，有重卡、物流车队、换电站资源者优先。 2、熟悉重卡充换电行业商业模式、上下游产业链，了解重卡客户成本导向采购逻辑，能够独立完成商务谈判、报价、招投标工作。 3、具备独立开发客户、从零搭建业务的能力，适应短期快速落地项目节奏，可高效跟进短周期项目，快速实现商业化订单转化。 4、具备较强成本测算、商务方案设计能力，能针对客户低成本诉求输出适配方案，清晰讲解产品价值，平衡客户预算与公司利润。 5、沟通表达优秀，抗压能力强，目标感清晰，具备良好的渠道运营与客户维护意识；能配合出差走访项目现场、客户厂区。 6、了解储能变流器、充电机、换电柜等电力电子产品基础知识，有电力电子、电控设备销售经验优先。
