1、业务背景和挑战 功率砖的失效分析，需要比较强的判断。功率砖和PCBA损毁的时候，要做根因分析；要对里面的保护、动作逻辑要清晰。功率模块和PCBA板的安全工作区域要非常熟悉。 2、近一年要解决的问题（TOP3) 1）部门关于PCBA方面保护及失效的know-how的积累 2）协助功率砖进行失效分析与判断 3) 对于模块的前期评估给出应用端的意见（多种验证方式） 3、需要的能力(TOP3) 1) 懂PCBA驱动板的功率硬件工程师，常规的功能安全保护的机理熟悉 2) 对于功率模块运转的原理非常清晰，用PCBA驱动功率模块 3）驱动级和车规级应用场景比较熟悉（OBC和DCDC场景都可以） 4、需要的特质（TOP3） 1) 积极主动、open、强沟通能力 5、岗位成长空间 可以往功率模块的研发工程师去转，参加模块的项目开发和推动（对项目）
