职位描述
1.负责客户质量目标和质量协议的沟通确认及内部的质量策划； 2.负责评审客户相关质量要求，并在产品（产品的特性及功能要求）和过程（质量管控及过程能力）得到落实； 3.负责项目阶段质量问题（原材料问题、过程工艺问题、设计问题、试验问题、客户问题等）的收集，组织相关人员进行分析改善，推动问题的有效关闭； 4.协助项目质量阀（G1~G8)的评审，并识别项目质量风险和推动解决； 5.负责收集客户对产品PPAP 资料的要求，并传递给内部，收集和评审PPAP，推动客户PPAP的批准； 6.负责过程质量策划，在产线落实相关的质量基础（含质量人员培训、质量管控、量检具开发/验收）及GP12等。
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，质量工作经验8年及以上，其中项目质量工作经验5年及以上； 2.具有新能源电机控制器相关经验为佳，熟悉汽车电子相关的生产工艺（SMT、拧紧、装配等）； 3.熟悉 汽车行业五大工具（APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA)，熟悉汽车行业质量体系IATF16949及VDA等相关要求； 4.具备良好的逻辑思维能力、沟通和协调能力，分析能力和执行力，并具有较强的抗压能力，能在各种压力情况下保持思路清晰的开展工作； 5.具备较强的问题分析解决能力，熟悉相关的问题解决工具（8D/5WHY) 。
