职位描述
生产计划管理 协助车间主管全面落实工厂和车间的各项管理制度； 参与制定车间的各项生产计划并组织班组人员按计划贯彻执行； 协助工段长做好投产前的组织安排和技术准备工作，安排好首件产品检验工作； 生产调度管理 负责临时、紧急及特殊性生产任务的实施； 协助部门解决生产过程中出现的技术、工艺质量问题； 负责解决生产过程中出现影响生产进度问题； 负责实施电机控制器装配和生产数据统计工作； 技术管理 负责按精益生产的要求展开工作； 参与对质量问题的分析和根源追查，实施纠正措施； 督促员工按工艺文件要求作业； 生产协作管理 负责班组各项持续改进工作； 合理安排各道工序生产，注意各道工序的工时平衡，保证按时完成任务； 员工管理 负责班组员工日常管理，如实填报考勤，进行沟通与考核工作，搞好班组建设； 实施全班组人员的技术传授和培训活动，提高操作水平； 资产管理 负责班组工装夹具、设备的日常管理工作； 安全管理： 切实抓好班组安全生产工作，加强设备维修保养，督促开展班组安全生产措施，检查安全消防器具； 保护本岗位负责的信息资产，上级交付的其他工作。
职位要求
教育/工作经验 1-中专及以上学历 2-机械类、电子类及汽车工程相关专业 3-具有2年以上生产管理及相关工作经验 特殊知识 1-熟练工艺流程管理 2-掌握精益生产管理 3-掌握班组管理 4-掌握全面质量管理 其他要求/技能 1-具备良好的沟通能力、协调能力，组织能力和执行力； 3- 工作细心、认真负责，能接受两班倒。 4、具备信息安全意识，未发生过信息安全事件。
